just add the blank, guides, thread and epoxy.
That means the kits contains:

Note:
When these were designed they were designed to fit the PTSMPJK seat without modifications. When you take away the locking hood, it creates a gap that has to be trimmed out. So you would need to trim the seat by about 3-5 threads in order to allow the travel avoid cutting out the material like the customer did in the photos. I would be happy to send him a replacement piece of cork with the locking hood so he does not need to remove the seat and would achieve the desired look and performance. But yes moving forward there would need to be a slight modification to the seat in order for the parts to fit as intended.
