As the VIP Client we will FedEx you a replacement Ocea Jigger with a Label in the box to send yours to us for Service. When yours is done we send it back to you with a label to return the loaner Ocea. The cost for the service is priced at $109.95 per year and sold in 2, 3 and 5 year agreements.
